This session explores the sacred residue of practice, the vibhūti, or ashes left after transformation. Through heating kriyās, breathwork, and slow, steady movement, we’ll tend the inner fire that burns away heaviness and clarifies what remains. The Yoga Sutras call this refinement samyama, where concentration, meditation, and absorption merge into insight.
What remains after the fire is not emptiness but essence, warmth, stillness, and the quiet glow of renewed purpose.
Once a month for three months, we gather for an extended 2-hour and 15-minute class that offers more space, more breath, and more depth than the usual daily practice. These sessions are a blend of workshop and community gathering, designed for those who want to go beyond the surface of yoga and into a fuller experience.
Each class includes chanting, dynamic and restorative asana, guided meditation, and moments of stillness and self-inquiry. Rather than rushing through, we take our time allowing the practice to unfold gradually and leave a lasting imprint. With a different theme each month, these sessions invite you to explore yoga as a living system: responsive, evolving, and deeply personal.
Ideal for dedicated practitioners, teachers, or anyone seeking a richer, more immersive experience.
