- 4:00 PM: Kick-off Jivamukti class
- 6:00 PM: Dinner
- 8:00 PM: Satsang & Kirtan
Day 2 & 3 - Friday & Saturday, 28-29 August
- 7:00 AM: Optional meditation & Aarti (Yoga Vidya)
- 8:30-10:30 AM: Morning session
- 11:00 AM: Brunch
- 4:00-5:30 PM: Relaxed afternoon session (incl. Gong Bath on Saturday)
- 6:00 PM: Dinner
- 8:00 PM: Satsang & Kirtan
Day 4 - Sunday, 30 August
- 7:00 AM: Optional meditation & Aarti (Yoga Vidya)
- 8:30-10:30 AM: Closing session

Accommodation & Meals
Accommodation and meals are not included in the retreat price. You will book directly with Yoga Vidya.
All meals are organic, vegetarian/vegan, and freshly prepared. Choose the option that suits you:
- Single room: approx. €75.92/night
- Double room: approx. €55.92/night
- Dormitory: approx. €46.50/night
- Camping/van stay or staying outside: approx. €40.50/night
Bed linens & towels not included, can be rented for a small fee. Prices may vary slightly depending on booking time. After booking the retreat, we will contact you regarding the booking of your preferred housing option.
Frequently Asked Questions
In which language will the retreat be taught?
All classes, lectures, and satsangs will be held in English. This way, yogis from all over the world can join and connect easily.
What happens if I cannot attend after booking?
Your booking is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person if you cannot come. We highly recommend taking out a seminar cancellation insurance to cover unexpected events.
How does the accommodation booking work?
Accommodation and meals are booked through us after your registration. For this reason, we will forward your personal details (name, address) to Yoga Vidya e.V., where the retreat takes place.
Do I need a certain level of yoga experience to join?
No - this retreat is open to all levels. Whether you're new to Jivamukti Yoga or already a teacher, the programme is designed to inspire, challenge, and support you at your own pace.
