Her journey in yoga has been one of resilience and dedication, practicing through injury, chronic pain, and challenging life circumstances.

After many years of personal exploration and growth, Rebecca finally embraced the call to share the transformative gifts of yoga and become a yoga teacher.

She completed her initial 75-hour Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in January 2022 at Jivamukti Paris, shortly followed by the 300-hour TT in Salento, Italy where she studied under the guidance of Moritz Ulrich and Yogeswari.

Building on her passion and commitment to the practice, she went on to complete the 500-hour apprenticeship with her mentor Juan Sierra whose playful yet disciplined approach deeply resonated with her.

In her classes, Rebecca offers a nurturing space for students to explore the transformative healing power of yoga, allowing each practitioner to tap into their own inner truth.

Rebecca remains deeply grateful to all her teachers – on and off the mat.
