Relationships – Jivamukti Yoga Immersion in English

Fr, 20.09. – Mo, 23.09.19

A relationship is a connection between two or more beings or things. It can also stand for any sort of friendship. Both meanings are equally important and can be found in the practices of Yoga.

Yoga comes from the root word yuj which means “to join” or “to unite”. To join the small self with the great Self, the jiva with the Atman, the body and the soul, the finite with the infinite. The practice of asana is a practice of connection. Through practice, we explore how we currently connect to others and train to cultivate harmonious relationships with the earth and all her inhabitants. All forms of relationships can be lived with a greater sense of ease if we learn to inspire one another. This is what is called satsang, an inspiring & uplifting community striving towards the same goal: truth or sat. Let us come together for 4 days and immerse ourselves in the ancient, beautiful practices of Jivamukti Yoga. We will dive deeply into the different layers of our inner and outer relationships as Yogis and Yoga teachers. Let us discover creative ways to taste the truth and the only one true and eternal relationship there is: the one with our Self.
