Advanced 800 - hours Certified JIVAMUKTI YOGA Teacher
"Our breath is connected to the air that every being breathes. By breathing consciously, we acknowledge our communion with all of life." (Sharon Gannon)
The desire for a like-minded community brought Karolina onto a yoga mat for the first time in 2014. Since then, yoga has continuously created space for her for more awareness and clarity in the constant change of life.
"I still feel deeply connected to the core essence of the Jivamukti Yoga method, namely compassion for all living beings. Ahimsa, non-violence, which is expressed in the intention not to harm anyone, neither through thought, word nor deed, is part of my daily, personal sadhana - spiritual practice.
hen we take on the forms of other living beings on our yoga mats, we practise empathy for other bodies and respect for unfamiliar perspectives."
Karolina's classes consist of a flowing and challenging journey, while the individual asanas clearly build on each other from the warm-up to the end of the class, offering different options for all levels. "I love to give students the experience of a real connection with the here and now through different means such as music selection, breath-based movements, heart-felt chants and best-intended hands-on assists."
"I would like to thank all my teachers from the past, present and future. Special thanks to my mentor Moritz Ulrich."
