Felicia's journey into the world of yoga was influenced by her mother, who introduced her to the practice as a young child. Since then it has been a part of her life, constantly changing in form and expression, but always carrying the essence of Bhakti at its heart.
She learnt the Jivamukti Yoga method at the age of 15 and completed her 300-hour Jivamukti teacher training in New York at the age of 19, followed by an intensive and wonderful 500-hour apprenticeship with her mentor Zsuzsanna Villany in Munich.
After teaching for the Jivamukti school in Munich for 2 years, she felt a sense of adventure and decided to go travelling for a while. She finally moved to Berlin in 2017, where she has been teaching Jivamukti Yoga since 2017.
In the meantime, she travelled, learned, grew and loved.
She experienced new and old, loneliness and abundance, learnt more about herself and others, about being a woman and making decisions. And she studied many different things, a bit of Sanskrit and obstetrics, Tibetan.
She was familiarised with Buddhism.
All these experiences and many more, especially the people and places that have shaped her, make her who she is today. Ever-changing, empty and full. In love with loving life. Thanks to all her teachers, mentors, family and friends along the way!
In her classes, she wants to share her inner experiences. Through asanas, sitting in silence, singing and creating space, she enables experiences to happen. The experience of our own fullness and deep love, of peace and inner wisdom.
