Yes, you must register online in advance for both our livestream and on-site classes. Here's how to do it.

You are welcome to take part in all Yin, Restore & Renew, Basic and Open classes. The Basic classes are very suitable for beginners, as the most important postures and techniques are explained in detail here. The Open classes are a lot more dynamic, but you are welcome to take part here too. Just let the teacher know in advance that you are new.

Yes, you can, depending on your membership: M, L and XL members can join us. Simply book via the USC app.

If you have never been with us before, we have a special offer for you. With this offer you can attend all online and offline yoga classes for 14 days. You can buy this offer directly here.

If classes take place on site, bring your yoga mat, a face mask and comfortable sportswear. You are welcome to bring additional equipment if you wish. We practise barefoot.

If you do yoga online at home, get a mat, possibly two blocks, a blanket and a yoga belt (or dressing gown belt) as an aid.

Card packages are personal and non-transferable. The validity of the ticket packages is indicated at the time of purchase.

Yes, we have a large shelf where you can leave your mat (at your own risk) so that you don't have to bring it with you every time.

Unfortunately, there is currently no possibility to take a shower here.

We offer some classes in English. If not otherwise noted in the schedule, classes are in German. But you can still participate! Just let the teacher know beforehand and they will give you some instructions in English while teaching.

In Jivamukti Open and Spiritual Warrior classes, dynamic physical exercises come together with music, guided breathing, spiritual themes and meditation, with the physical practice taking up most of the space. The Basic classes are perfect for beginners, but also for experienced yogis who want to learn more about the execution, variations and alignment of the asanas.

We also teach yin and restorative yoga several times a week. These are two very calm forms of yoga that focus more on passivity and letting go and provide a particularly high level of relaxation.

You can read more about our courses here.

As in all yoga classes, you practise at your own risk. Please speak to your gynaecologist beforehand to find out whether there are any objections to practising or starting yoga. Please let the teachers know before the class so that they can recommend any variations.

The easiest way to get here is on foot, by bike or by moped. The bus stops Glogauer Straße (M29) and Pflügerstraße (171, 194) are a 1-minute walk away. From Hermannplatz underground station, Kottbusser Tor or Görlitzer Bahnhof you can walk for about 15 minutes, or take one of the 3 buses from there (171, 194, M29).

There are public car parks in the area for which no parking ticket is required. There are frequent car parks on Paul-Lincke-Ufer and Ratiborstraße in particular.

Everyone is welcome here. We ask you to be considerate of the other yogis, not to shout too loudly in the room, to give each other space in the changing room and to be generally friendly and considerate of each other. Please always wear a top when practising. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class. If you do arrive late, please enter quietly and wait at the back until the teacher assigns you a seat. Please hang your jacket and bag downstairs in the changing room if possible. You can take your valuables into the yoga room.

We have set a rule in the studio that every person practising must wear a top: sports bra, crop top, T-shirt or whatever you feel comfortable in. There are various reasons for this, for example quite simply: hygiene. There are also reasons of equality: Unlike male breasts, female-read breasts are much more likely to be picked up as offensive within our society. In order to draw attention to this unequal perception and sexualisation of bodies and to create a common level of solidarity, we have decided that everyone should wear a top that covers their nipples.
