She is an advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and a Certified Yoga Nidra Teacher by Amrit Yoga Institute.<\/p><p><span class=\"s1\">She graduated in Costa Rica in 2017 and has been teaching in Berlin ever since. By focusing on conscious breathing, we can actively take charge over our own life energy; in turn, healing can happen and we can step aside and allow life to run through us.
