Andrea Kwiatkowski and Moritz Ulrich are two experts in the field of creating spaces for deep rest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restore &amp; Renew is one of the standardised Jivamukti class formats \u2014 yet many teachers avoid teaching it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It feels slower, quieter, less \u201cperformative\u201d than Open or Spiritual Warrior classes, and often raises questions around silence, props, long holds, and how to keep the practice&nbsp;<em>awake<\/em>&nbsp;rather than sleepy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This training is designed to answer those questions \u2014 practically, clearly, and in alignment with the method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While&nbsp;<strong>Yin Yoga<\/strong>&nbsp;has become a widely used term for slow and long-held practices, Restore &amp; Renew follows a&nbsp;<strong>different, more expansive logic<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>it integrates&nbsp;<strong>gentle viny\u0101sa, breathwork, chanting, meditation, guided relaxation, and restorative \u0101sana<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 rooted in&nbsp;<strong>Viny\u0101sa Krama, N\u0101da, Dhy\u0101na, Bhakti, and Ahi\u1e43s\u0101<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will learn where Restore &amp; Renew overlaps with Yin-like practices, where it differs, and how to teach it.&nbsp;<strong>with confidence and integrity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Training Structure (50 hours total)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>32 hours in person<\/strong>&nbsp;(4 full days)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Online preparation before the training<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Post-training homework &amp; integration<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of attendance upon completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The depth, transmission, and skill-building happen&nbsp;<strong>in person<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Online material supports preparation and integration \u2014 it does not replace the training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Certification and Naming Clarity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This training provides a Certificate of Attendance (50 hours).<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Successful graduates of this training&nbsp;<strong>may teach slow, restorative, Yin-inspired or restorative yoga classes<\/strong>&nbsp;using what they have learnt. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can use what you learn to enhance your existing classes, workshops and retreats.&nbsp;<strong>Only certified Jivamukti Yoga teachers (300 hours \/ 800 hours GMT or higher)<\/strong>&nbsp;are permitted to use the official class name &nbsp;<strong>\u201cJivamukti Yoga Restore &amp; Renew.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This training does&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;certify participants as Jivamukti teachers.
