- Who teaches the classes?
All teachers are certified Jivamukti Yoga Teachers who have a very high standard of training. - How can I continue doing yoga after the 14 days?
We have a wide range of memberships on offer and will work with you to find the best one! - Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
We have yoga mats in the studio, but recommend that you bring your own yoga mat that you feel comfortable on.
