When I started to practice yoga at the age of 17, I did not know how important it would once be in my life. While the first years of my practice were strongly influenced by the Sivananda Tradition and traditional Hatha Yoga, I am now dedicated to the dynamic Jivamukti Yoga.

Some years ago, I coincidentally participated in a Yin Yoga practice with Moritz Ulrich, and from that moment I knew that this type of yoga is closest to my heart, this is what I want to learn and pass on.

Through regular Yin Yoga practice, we learn to sense, accept, and release tensions in our body, mind and soul. It helps us to get to know ourselves better, to explore and to honor ourselves. As a teacher, my greatest concern is to encourage and support my students in starting and experiencing this personal journey at their individual pace. Students are supported by careful hands-on-assists known from Thai Yoga Massage.
